Q: What is the Jetstar Customer Panel?A: We’ve set up an online community so we can hear directly from customers like you. We want your views on our initiatives, products and services. By giving us your feedback, you’ll help us better meet your travel needs and preferences.Q: Why should I become a member of the Jetstar Customer Panel?A: You’ll have the opportunity to share your opinions and your experience of travelling with Jetstar. You’ll receive information on the latest products and services being developed at Jetstar, and regular updates on how your feedback is being used. Q: How often will I be asked to participate in a survey?A: Between 1 and 4 times each month, we’ll invite you to share your thoughts on a range of new products and ideas. We’ll ensure you’re only invited to participate in the surveys most relevant to your experiences. Q: How long will the surveys take to complete?A: A typical survey should take you anywhere between 5 and 15 minutes. We’ll give you an indication of the expected timeframe in each email invitation.Q: How do I complete a survey?A: You'll receive an email invitation with a unique URL address. Simply click on the URL or cut and paste it into your web browser and complete the survey online, either straight away or later on. The closing date for the survey will be included in the email.Q: How long will I remain a member of the panel?A: That’s totally up to you. Of course, we hope that you’ll choose to stay with us for a long time, but if you ever want to leave, just log in to the Jetstar Customer Panel website https://customerpanel.jetstar.com and select 'Unsubscribe' in the My Profile tab, or send an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org.Q: What will you do with my email address?A: We'll only use your email address to invite you to participate in surveys and send you Jetstar Customer Panel communications. This is separate to your profile on the Jetstar website; note that updating your email address on the Panel website will not update your email address on jetstar.com.Q: How do I update my personal information?A: You can log in at any time to the Jetstar Customer Panel website https://customerpanel.jetstar.com and change your email address, username and password in the My Profile tab. Q: What happens if I forget my password?A: Click on ‘Forgot password?’ under the log-in area of the Jetstar Customer Panel home page and our support team will email you to reset your password.Q: How can I unsubscribe from the Jetstar Customer Panel?A: At the bottom of every email we send you will be a link allowing you to unsubscribe. You can also unsubscribe by emailing us at email@example.com with 'Request removal' in the subject line. If you unsubscribe you’ll no longer receive emails from the Jetstar Customer Panel. Your information will be kept in aggregate form only and any identifiable information such as your name and address will be inaccessible.Q: Will my information be sold to other companies?A: All information is strictly confidential and privacy is guaranteed. Your name and information will never be sold, exchanged or distributed to any other party without your express acknowledgement.Q: Who is Vision Critical?A: Vision Critical provide the software for the Jetstar Customer Panel, and store and analyse the information collected. Vision Critical will not disclose the information to anyone other than Jetstar, and they have strict security measures in place to protect your information.Q: How do I report a technical problem?A: Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including a description of the problem or a copy of any error message received. If you have a problem with the download of a page, video or music, try and include the type and version of browser you are using (eg, Safari, Chrome), as well as the platform you are using (eg, Mac OSX, Windows 7).
